Black History Month at Grove Park Youth Club

This October, join us every Tuesday and Thursday (6PM – 8:30PM) as we celebrate Black History Month 2025 with creativity, culture, and community!

Each session invites young people (ages 11–17, up to 21 SEND) to take part in hands-on activities that honour and explore Black excellence:

• 🎨 Recreate iconic Black paintings

• 🎶 Record music for the GPYC Black History Month album

• 🛠️ Build replicas of famous Black inventions

• 🧵 Sew traditional African pieces

Together, these projects will form our youth-led exhibition:

Black is Beautiful: A Youth-Curated Museum showcased on October 30th!
